The test stand is designed for continuous operation of up to 24 HDEV 5 injectors.

The test bench consists of three valve control units (GN064-00-230), one burst generator (GN050-02-230) and a load power supply for the UBatt supply. One valve control unit consists of 4 output stages (PN2130) and one SPI controller (PN2216). 8 injectors can be operated per valve control unit.

The parameterization of the output stages is done via the SPI controller. The trigger pulses for controlling the output stages are generated by the burst generator. The control and parameterization of the test stand and its components is carried out by means of the VSGControl control software. The SPI controller and the burst generator are connected to the control computer via a USB interface.
