The test bench is designed for continuous operation of up to 24 HDEV6 injectors.
The complete test stand consists of three valve control units (GN075-00-012) and 9 load power supplies for supplying the injectors in the respective operating phase UPremHold, UBoost and UPickup.
A valve control unit (VSG) consists of 8 output stages (PN2351). The first VSG in the system contains the controller (PN2350), via which the output stages are parameterized and the overall system is controlled. 8 injectors can be operated per VSG.
The control and parameterization of the test stand and its components is carried out by means of the PC software VSGControl2. The controller is connected to the control computer via an ETHERNET interface.
